  • For Clients & Suppliers: Company details, names, phone numbers, and email addresses of contact persons.

Your data is used strictly for evaluating your suitability for employment opportunities, managing client relations, and delivering professional HR and assessment services.

3. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your information. We only share candidate data with potential employers (clients) or registered third-party assessment specialists (such as Competence Lab) to facilitate your application and evaluation process.

4. How We Protect Your Data

All personal data is securely stored on password-protected Microsoft OneDrive Business environments. We restrict internal access to your data to only those employees who require it to serve you.

5. Your Rights
